Are all brands on K’NEKT NZ New Zealand owned?
K’NEKT NZ aims to prioritise verified New Zealand businesses, brands, creators, and service providers. Suppliers go through a verification process to help ensure authenticity and alignment with our marketplace values.
What does “Verified” mean?
“Verified” means suppliers have confirmed information relating to their business, operations, or product fulfilment within New Zealand. Verification requirements may vary depending on the supplier category.
While not every product may be physically made in New Zealand, suppliers on K’NEKT NZ must:
- Operate within New Zealand
- Hold and ship stock from New Zealand
- Be New Zealand residents or businesses
This helps customers shop with greater confidence while still supporting local Kiwi enterprise.

Our Made in NZ and by Māori categories help make it easier for shoppers to discover and support products and businesses that align with what matters most to them.
These collections are individually reviewed and verified by K’NEKT NZ to help ensure suppliers meet the requirements for each category, including New Zealand-based operations, shipping from a New Zealand address, and applicable Māori business verification where required.
Are products shipped from New Zealand?
Most products listed on K’NEKT NZ are shipped from New Zealand-based suppliers. K’NEKT NZ does not currently support overseas dropshipping unless specifically approved.
Does K’NEKT NZ sell Māori brands?
Yes. K’NEKT NZ proudly supports Māori-owned businesses, artists, and creators. Suppliers listed within Māori categories may undergo additional verification to help maintain authenticity and integrity.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is managed by individual suppliers unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the supplier and your location.
Can I order products from multiple suppliers at once?
Yes. Customers can purchase from multiple suppliers within one checkout. Please note that separate shipping charges may apply when ordering from different suppliers.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier and location. Many suppliers aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
K’NEKT NZ accepts secure payment methods through trusted providers such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, and other approved payment gateways.
